Kazuo Ishiguro's Way to Nobel Prize

Kazuo Ishiguro, the last Literature Nobel Prize winner, is a British author of JApanese origins. As we have said during our meeting, he feels British, but kept close to Japanese culture and his books are very popular in both countries.

I was wondering if to post here the presentation I prepared for our January meeting or not, and finally I thought it's a better idea to post here what Ishiguro says about his choice to be a writer. Below you can see the Nobel Prize lecture he delivered in December 2017 and for those of you who have problems with the listening skills, I attach the link to the transcript and to the translation in Spanish.

I hope you will enjoy it!
