Ya han llegado: las maquinas expendedoras de relatos cortos están en nuestras calles y cada uno puede sacar una historia para pasar el rato en la cola o espera leyendo.
They've already arrived: the vending machines with free short stories are on our streets and each and every one can get a story to spend time in a line or waiting on reading it.
Es una iniciativa que me hace muchísima ilusión y participar el Viernes, 28.10.2016 en la rueda de prensa fué todo un placer. No solo tuvimos la oportunidad de ser los primeros sacarnos nuestro ticket con un relato, también fué una ocasión única para ver algunos de los autores cuyas obras estaremos leyendo.
It's an initiative that excites me a lot and taking part on Friday, 28.10.2016 in a press conference was all pleasure. Not only we had an opportunity to get our stories as first, but we also had the unique chance to see some of the authors whose stories we will be reading.
Formar parte de jurado y seleccionar textos de ficción ha sido toda una aventura. Hemos recibido más de 300 textos en euskera y en castellano válidos para puntuar. Considerando el límite de caractéres permitido (2000), y que la mayor parte de periodo de admisión caía en verano, es mucho. Eso prueba, que realmente hay necesidad de crear nuevas maneras de llegar a los lectores, nuevos modos de publicar para escritores noveles.
To be a part of jury and choose fiction texts was a real adventure. We've received over 300 texts in Basque and Spanish valid for punctuation. Considering the allowed characters limit (2000) and the fact that most of the admission period was during summer vacation, it's a huge number! It proves that there really exists a necessity to create new manners to reach readers, new ways to publish for novice writers.

1. Elige el idioma en que quieres leer (euskera, castellano, inglés o francés)
1. Choose the language you want to read in (Basque, Spanish, English or French)
2. Elige ficción (los autores noveles) o pensamiento (los textos de autores reconocidos elegidos por el Gremio de Libreros)
2. Choose fiction (the novice authors) or thought (the texts chosen by Trade Union of Booksellers)
3. Confirma tu elección

4. Hecho! Espera hasta que se imprima tu texto. La elección es aleatoria, asi que te espera una sorpresa!

Entre 5 jurados, aficionados a la lectura y escritura, hemos elegido los textos que nos parecían los mejores. Esperamos que el resultado final os guste a todos y que esa iniciativa fomente el espíritu creativo, que llegará durar mucho más que esos 3 meses previstos para el funcionamiento de las máquinas expendedoras.
Between 5 jurors, fond of reading and writing, we've selected the texts we believed to be the best. We hope you're all going to like the final result and that this initiative will encourage the creative spirit that will last more than the 3 months planned for the operating of the machines.
